Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Performance Reports

Use reports related to appraisals and goals to manage employees.

Hover over a report name to view a description of the report.

  • To search for a specific report, enter keywords in the Search field. The system searches on the report's name.
  • To run a report, click on its name.

Some reports may include:

Field Description
360 Appraisal Scores Search by manager or employee to view the appraisal name, phase, participants, and overall score (if available).
Goal Progress View appraisal goals, including status, dates and progress.
Appraisal Scores View appraisal scores and other appraisal-related details.
Delinquent Appraisals View a list of appraisals on the schedule but not yet closed for various reasons, such as lack of signatures.
Phase Status View a list indicating the status of all employee appraisals, including start and end date, where applicable.
